Abstract

System Rural government provide services to the community in the form of issuance of documents such as letters of population management of family cards , the personal  identity number, and  and other letter. This data is. initial data source for produce  data up to date and reliable. Data population can really help reporting administration at higher governmental organizations (eg district or districts) or other government agencies dealing with population data.

This research will develop a software that consists of several parts: software for day to day operations in a desktop program, Software to synchronize local data and data on the web. The last is the program to provide monthly data summary for the relevant governmental institutions.

The conclusion of this research is to build a software information system requires data villagers permanent residents, family card, temporary resident data, and recording population mutation. Mutations population include birth, coming  population, death and move out of the village residents. Relationships between  this data is analyzed as a base for designing entity relationship diagrams and data flow diagrams. Reporting recapitulation of the village population data by sending data villagers end of each month to the web hosting and downloaded via pdf file can speed up the process of data reporting conditions and mutations villagers.
