Abstract

The increasing number of computer users, the problem of computer damage becomes a complicated problem because the computer user is less knowledgeable about computers, especially in dealing with damage to computer hardware. Based on this the authors try to build an application that will help to facilitate computer users in providing solutions to computer damage quickly is to make an expert system of computer damage. Expert system is a system that tries to imitate human knowledge to computer, so that computer can solve problems like experts. A good expert system is designed to solve a particular problem by imitating the work of experts. The development of expert systems aims as a tool to provide quick solutions in life. So with the expert system it can simplify the user computer in providing solutions to damage the computer quickly and precisely.
