Perancangan Sistem Administrasi Camp MMA Tanjungpinang Berbasis Website Dengan Metode User-Centered Design (UCD) Pada Sistem Dojoku

Abstract

Camp MMA Tanjungpinang is a martial arts training center with a growing number of members and athletes, yet its administrative processes are still managed manually, making them prone to data loss, duplication, and delays. This study designs a web- based administrative system using the User- Centered Design (UCD) approach and Agile development to improve efficiency and usability. The system includes core features such as registration, attendance tracking, payment management, data management, and reporting, and is evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The evaluation results show an SUS score of 81 (Excellent category), indicating that the system is user-friendly and can enhance service quality and professionalism in data management.
